Last week, the Queen of Pop announced an upcoming sequel to her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor.

After announcing a sequel to her 2005 album Confessions on a Dance Floor last week, the 66-year-old Queen of Pop posted to Instagram on Feb. 17 and told fans she’s also preparing to rerelease 1994’s Bedtime Stories.
“Bedtime Stories Re -release and Vinyl coming soon,” wrote Madge alongside a video of herself posing in a pink lingerie slip dress soundtracked by the album’s third single, Bedtime Story.
Madonna’s sixth album, Bedtime Stories, was released in October 1994 and featured major hits Secret and Take a Bow, which charted at No. 3 and No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, respectively. The project also included the singles Bedtime Story (cowritten by Björk) and Human Nature.
Bedtime Stories itself charted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 albums chart, and it’s since been certified three-times platinum by the RIAA for over three million copies sold.

The rerelease announcement comes shortly after Madonna revealed she’s in the studio with producer Stuart Price to craft a second part of her Confessions on a Dance Floor album, which spawned the singles Hung Up, Sorry, Get Together and Jump.
“My Valentine’s Day gift to all my fans is to let you know I’m putting my heart and soul into my new music and I can’t wait to share it with you,” wrote the Grammy winner, adding, “Confessions Part 2.”
In December, Madonna teased new music with a video of herself and Price working on new music while her while her boyfriend Akeem Morris, manager Guy Oseary and twin daughters Stella and Estere join her in the studio.
“These past few months has been medicine for my SOUL. Songwriting and making music is the one area where I don’t need to ask anyone for their permission.. i’m so excited to share it with you,” she wrote in an Instagram caption. “Who wants to hear new music in 2025!”
An upcoming original Madonna album would mark her fifteenth and first since 2019’s Madame X. Last year, she wrapped her Celebration Tour after 81 shows across Europe, North America and South America.
