Madonna took to her Instagram Stories to plead with fans to help her find her missing outfit pieces.
The Material Girl’s materials have gone missing!
Madonna, 67, posted an announcement to her Instagram Stories revealing that the archival pieces she wore on the Main Stage during her surprise performance with headliner Sabrina Carpenter, 26, at Coachella are now lost.
While on stage with the Short n’ Sweet songstress, the Queen of Pop made known that she was wearing the same exact corset, boots and Gucci jacket that she wore when she made her Coachella debut exactly 20 years ago.

In her Instagram Stories, Madonna began her announcement by praising Carpenter for allowing her the opportunity to have that “full circle moment” alongside her at the music and arts festival on Friday, April 17.
Madonna, who debuted a song with Carpenter seemingly off her upcoming album, Confessions on a Dance Floor: Part II, then asked for help to find those missing pieces.
“Thank you to Sabrina and everyone who made it possible. Bringing Confessions Il back to where it began was such a thrill!” she began on Monday, April 20, adding, “This full circle moment hit different until l discovered that the vintage pieces that I wore went missing.”
“My costume that was pulled from my personal archives – jacket, corset, dress and all other garments,” she continued. “These aren’t just clothes, they are part of my history. Other archival items from the same era went missing as well.”
Madonna concluded, “I’m hoping and praying that some kind soul, will find these items and reach out to my team at: Infomaverick2026@gmail.com. I’m offering a reward for their safe return. Thank you with all My Heart.”
The “Vogue” singer wore a purple corset and lace-trimmed camisole with matching gloves and stockings that she paired with knee-high lace boots and aviator shades.
Carpenter wore a white strapless bodysuit with a bow-tie detail at the chest and embellished lace, which she paired with drop earrings and white Mary Jane pumps.
Also on her Instagram Stories, Madonna uploaded photos of the missing items that she wore on the Main Stage with Carpenter during weekend 2 of the festival, held in Indio, Calif.
They then sang a song seemingly from Madonna’s upcoming Confessions II album, a sequel to her hit 2005 project Confessions on a Dancefloor. The pop queen last performed at the music festival in 2015, when she appeared during Drake’s headlining set.
The surprise occurred after Carpenter paid tribute to the “Ray of Light” singer by wearing a vintage Bob Mackie gown that Madonna wore at the 1991 Oscars to the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards.
On April 10, Carpenter made her headlining debut at Coachella, two years after she performed there for the first time.
